The setup process was incredibly easy I just connected the probes to my egg downloaded the app and I was ready to go. The variable speed fan is genius allowing me to precisely control the airflow and temperature to get exactly the results I want and with the WiFi connectivity I can monitor and adjust the temperature from my phone or tablet even when I am not right next to the egg. The two probes are also super convenient allowing me to monitor both the meat and the pit temperature at the same time. I have used this controller for everything from slow cooked brisket to high heat seared steaks and the results have been consistently amazing.
